These general terms and conditions govern the ordering and sale of precast concrete fences and metal gates through the website konkretline.bg (and konkret.bg). By sending an order or enquiry — via the form, WhatsApp, e-mail or phone — you accept the terms below.

1. Seller

KONKRET LINE S.R.L. — manufacturer of precast concrete fences since 2011, with its registered office and factory at Str. Bradului nr. 2, Măgurele, Ilfov County, Romania, entered in the Romanian Trade Register (ONRC) under No. J23/1888/2011, VAT No. RO28874302 (check in VIES). 2. How to place an order

On the model's page you choose the height, colour and length and press “Order” — or you write to us via WhatsApp / e-mail, or call us. The amount you see on the website is an indicative value of the elements only (panels and posts), excl. VAT.
You receive a confirmation with the order number and — usually within 4 working hours — a quotation for the elements and transport to your address, with the production and delivery time.
You confirm the quotation in writing or by phone. If you want installation, you then receive a separate installation quote — based on the terrain, the length and height of the fence and the type of foundations.
Once you have the full picture, you receive a contract and an invoice. Production starts after the deposit is paid.

An order through the website is a purchase request. The obligation to pay arises when the quotation is confirmed (the contract is concluded), not when the “Order” button is pressed.

3. Prices and VAT

All prices on the website are in euros, excl. VAT, and refer to the fence elements — panels and posts. VAT is charged according to the delivery regime and the buyer's status; for private individuals VAT is charged on top. Transport is stated in the quotation, and installation is quoted separately, on request. The prices in the quotation at the time of its confirmation apply to the order.

4. Payment

Payment is made by bank transfer on the basis of an issued invoice. Production starts with a deposit of at least 20% of the total amount. The balance is paid before each delivery — the value of the delivery in question, less the proportional part of the deposit paid. For a single delivery, the entire balance is paid in one go, before the fence leaves the factory.

5. Transport and delivery

We organise transport to any destination across Europe with our own transport. The transport price and the production and delivery time are part of the quotation. When the elements are ready, we contact you and agree the day and time of delivery. Details: Delivery.

6. Assembly

Assembly is not included in the quotation for the elements and transport and is quoted separately, on request, after you confirm the quote for the fence. Metal gates are produced and delivered only in Bulgaria; for now we make and deliver them to the dimensions of your entrance, without installation — we are working on an on-site installation solution.

7. Warranty

The warranty is 15 years for all fences, including under the industrial offer, and runs from the completion of assembly. You receive a warranty card and a certificate of conformity. The warranty applies provided the fence is not treated with unsuitable materials — for example oils, or cement in the joints between the panels.

8. Withdrawal, returns and complaints

The elements are produced after the order is confirmed — to the model, colour, height and quantity you have chosen. The conditions for withdrawal and complaints are set out in the Returns and complaints policy.

9. Disputes and applicable law

We aim to resolve every issue by mutual agreement — write to us at office@konkretline.ro. Consumers may also contact the consumer protection authority in their country or an alternative consumer dispute resolution body. These terms do not limit the rights that consumers have under consumer protection legislation and under the mandatory provisions of the law of their country.

The data from the form is used to prepare the quote and to contact you about it — see the Privacy Policy.

11. Copyright

The content of the site — texts, photos, 3D visualisations of the models, drawings, logos and the design of the pages — is the property of Konkret Line S.R.L. and is protected by copyright and related rights legislation, as well as by Romanian and European law. Using it beyond personal viewing — copying, publishing on another site or on social media, including it in catalogues, quotes or advertisements — is possible only with our written consent. Where copying is detected, we request its removal from the hosting provider, from Google and from the platform concerned.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Each order is governed by the version published on the site at the time of the order.
