We install precast concrete fences throughout your country: a typical fence of up to about 100 m is ready in 2–3 days on prepared ground, and prices start from 37 €/m excl. VAT.
Two ways: each post in its own concrete footing (individual foundation) or footings linked by a continuous concrete plinth.
We recommend footings when the ground allows — they work out cheaper. A plinth is used on filled-in or waterlogged ground and where there is a large level difference between the yard and the street. Detailed comparison: individual footings or strip plinth; for sloping ground see the solutions for level differences.
Preparation for metal gates
If there will be a gate — a driveway gate, a pedestrian gate or both — tell us before installation. The crew sets the metal supporting posts and pours the reinforced concrete beam across the full width of the gate together with the fence foundations. The gate is then made to fit the finished opening. Otherwise, the digging has to be done twice.
For now, we make and deliver the gates themselves only in Bulgaria, without installation — we are working on an on-site installation solution.
How assembly works
Posts first: excavation, the post in the hole, concrete. The standard post is 285 cm, of which 80 cm stays in the ground. Then the panels — they slide into the channels of the posts, row by row; the first row is set 5–10 cm into the ground when the terrain allows, so there is no gap at the bottom. The only wet process is the concrete for the foundations. After assembly the fence is not painted; its service life is over 50 years.
The installation crew pours the foundations and assembles the fence; a typical fence from a few dozen to about 100 linear metres is ready in 2–3 days on prepared ground with the materials delivered, and for longer fences the timeframe is stated in the quote; you do not need to be on site: see how we work.
Option 1 — Assembling a prefabricated fence on individual foundations (footings)
The prefabricated fence can be assembled on individual concrete foundations (so-called “footings”). The concrete posts are concreted directly into the ground, in these foundations — without a strip plinth.
The recommended dimensions of the individual foundations are approximately 40 × 40 × 80 cm.
For this type of assembly we recommend that the foundations be fully buried in the ground, and that the first row of panels also be partly set into the ground (to a depth of 5 to 10 cm).
Option 2 — Assembling a prefabricated fence on a strip foundation
The prefabricated reinforced concrete fence can be assembled on individual foundations (footings) linked by a continuous (strip) reinforced concrete plinth.
The approximate size of the strip foundation is 20 × 70 cm, and of the individual footings — 40 × 40 × 80 cm.
The dimensions may vary depending on the soil structure, the weight of the fence, the level difference between the yard and the street, wind load and other factors.

Prices from 37 €/m excl. VAT (over 200 m — from 32 €/m), including panels and posts; transport is stated in the quote, and installation is quoted separately, on request. The cost of assembly depends on access to the site (whether there is room for the lorry to stop), the number of panel rows, the size of the foundations, the soil and whether water and electricity are available on site.
